Founding Member Spotlight: EASTRO

We are pleased to introduce EASTRO – the European Association of Space Technology Research Organisations, a founding member of SPACE AISBL.

Established in February 2023, EASTRO was founded by 15 institutes from 11 European countries as a Belgian international non-profit association. Originating as a spin-off from the EARTO Space Working Group, EASTRO represents Research and Technology Organisations (RTOs) with space activities across Europe. The association serves as a key voice for RTOs, engaging with ESA, the European Commission, and major institutional and industrial stakeholders.
